Sophie Ottewell is a filmmaker from Birmingham who works  independently on her own projects and loves to learn new ways to innovate and make every film different film her last.

Experienced editor making thousands of videos and short films. for her own work and also has experience in editing work for clients.

 

Her favourite style she creates is in the Thriller/Horror genre making the audience think and feel uncomfortable.

Sophie loves acting and has many years of experience acting in front of a live audience in the theatre, but also confidently in front of a camera.

But she fell in love with the behind-the-scenes magic. not just post-production but also directing.

she loves to make all the actors and crew feel valued and comfortable while working together, in addition to balancing multiple tasks.
